My husband and I first met Ladan almost seven years ago when we walked into an open house, and she greeted us and showed us around. We were engaged to be married at that point and were looking to upgrade from our condo to a house because we wanted to start a family. Hello Ladan, Quite a bit of time has passed since we left Baie d'Urfe and we have now settled into our new Apartment and surroundings. Bonjour Ladan, Cela fait quelques semaines déjà que je tenais à t’écrire une lettre de remerciements pour le travail exemplaire que tu as accompli pour nous permettre à mon fils et moi de réussir l’achat de notre première propriété. Je voudrais te dire combien ton aide dans toute la démarche de cette acquisition a été précieuse et indispensable. Je ne pense pas que nous aurions été capables d’y arriver sans toi. Avec mon travail très prenant, celui de mon fils qui sur appel, nous avions peu de temps à consacrer à la recherche de propriétés. Tu as fait un super travail de recherche, de présélection et tri qui aurait été tellement plus pénible pour nous si tu n’avais été dans « notre équipe ». Il fallait trouver des propriétés convenant à nos besoins de taille, de localisation et de prix car nos moyens étaient quand même limités. A ce sujet je dois dire avoir beaucoup apprécié que tu ais fais des grands efforts pour rester à l’intérieur de l’enveloppe dont nous disposions. Ça a été grandement apprécié. Malgré cela tu as pu nous trouver une propriété avec une grande cour, ce qui était au-delà de mes espérances. Je suis aussi très heureuse d’avoir fait affaire avec une femme qui ne se laisse pas imposer par les autres et a su défendre nos intérêts avec fermeté et beaucoup de classe. Chapeau ! En plus de ces qualités, je trouve aussi que la fiabilité et l’efficacité avec laquelle tu as préparé les documents nécessaires au dépôt des offres, contre-offres et s’assurer de la validité de l’information des documents fournis ont été exemplaires. Je voudrais aussi relever ta capacité de trouver les informations cachées ou non apparentes dans les documents de plusieurs des propriétés que nous avons visitées avant de trouver celle que nous avons finalement acquise est toute à ton honneur. Le fait aussi que tu as pris les mesures nécessaires afin de corriger des informations manquantes m’a grandement impressionnée. Finalement toute l’aide que tu nous a fourni pour les évaluations, réparations, négociations sur les accommodements avec le propriétaire précédents fut au-delà de ce que j’aurais pu espérer. Dès que je pourrais acheter une autre propriété, il est certain que c’est toi que j’appellerais !! My wife and I met Ms. Bashiri in 2010, when we were shopping for a home in which we could start our little family. Back then, we did not know the first thing about real estate, and we showed up without an agent to a house visit for which Ladan was the selling agent. We were immediately impressed and taken by her charismatic personality, her friendliness and her professionalism. We ended up not buying that house, but instead we spoke with Ladan and asked if she would be our agent; she kindly accepted.
